At Tolly, the drainage system makes things a bit better but golfers are still staying away. “Your club keeps slipping, your feet skid and you’re out of balance. And walking in the slush and mud is really tiring,” says Rupinder Singh, a regular on the club greens.

Gainesville Golfers Mourn Temporary Closure Of Ironwood (WCJB Gainesville)

Time has run out for golfers hoping to tee up at the Ironwood golf course in Gainesville. The city owned golf course closed it’s doors to start on a 1.2-million dollar renovation project. This will be the first renovation project to improve the greens, tee boxes and the drainage syste . . .
