Saturday, November 19th, 2011

Just found this on the Web. I find this stuff nteresting.

As a young child, I grew up next door to a golf course and spent my summers collecting golf balls that golfers had shot over the fence. I would constantly hear the golfers yelling “fore” and wondered what it meant and why they did it.

I hope it’s enlightening. I’m always surfing. Click on ‘Go to Source’ to read it all.

Chili Open serves up snowy fun for golfers (West Side Leader & South Side News Leader)

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

Found this in West Side Leader & South Side News Leader. I like to learn this stuff. Check this thing out.

Thanks to the use of brightly colored golf balls, like the one shown at right top, participants were able to tee off despite the heavy snowfall in the area.

It worked for me. Always looking. You can see the source for more.
