RICHMOND — On Saturday at the Battlefield Golf Course, 44 players teed it up on a frigid day in a memorial scramble to honor Jason Newby. Head Pro Clay Hamrick said, “Jason Newby was an employee of mine. On June 30 of this year he passed away after a losing battle with leukemia.

So many golfers showed up in Lake Milton Sunday to help little Brett Wilcox, that 19 teams had to be turned away. Wilcox, a two year old boy from Austintown, is battling leukemia.
